Psychological Therapy & Support for Neurodivergent Individuals and Families

At Cambridge ADHD & Autism Centre, we recognise the strengths and challenges of neurodivergence. Our therapy helps individuals with Autism, ADHD, and related conditions understand themselves, process difficulties, and develop practical strategies.

Many experience frustration, low self-esteem, and emotional distress. Our Psychologists, led by Senior Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Gina Sergi, offer a supportive space to build resilience and wellbeing, addressing issues like social exclusion, trauma, and peer difficulties to foster effective coping and connections.

Services Offered:

Post-Diagnostic Support
• Clarify diagnosis and implications
• Explore neurodivergent identity and sense of self
• Develop practical supports and strategies
• Plan for the future, re ongoing needs and self-advocacy

Tailored to children, teens, and adults, these sessions facilitate understanding and coping.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Therapy

• For anxiety, low mood, trauma, and emotional distress
• Personalised, affirming, and accessible, considering neurodivergence

Family & Parenting Support

• Support parental mental health as you navigate parenting a neurodivergent child
• Understand and support your child's neurodivergence and support strategies
• Strengthening family communication and relationships

For some individuals and families, post-diagnostic support transitions naturally into longer-term therapy, providing continuity of care to explore deeper challenges, build resilience, and support wellbeing over time.

Cost: £170/session                       (concessionary rates available)
